Board of Directors

The SAASTEC Board of Directors provides overall governance and strategic leadership for the organisation. Their role is to set the vision and direction of SAASTEC ensuring that its operations are inline with the constitution/Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) and relevant laws e.g. Companies Act for NPCs in South Africa. Furthermore, they ensure accountability to members and stakeholders, safeguard finances and the organisation’s non-profit status and reputation and oversee compliance with legal and ethical standards. The Board ensures that SAASTEC remains true to its mission and represents the organisation to partners, donors, and the wider public.
